Sorry I haven't been online lately. Things are kind of hectic.

I have to ask for some help, though, from somebody who knows how to download embedded videos.

Jace and I don't have DVR anymore so I didn't get the chance to record the Monster High Valentine's Special "Why Do Ghouls Fall in Love?" Mattel decided to upload the video in full to their video page, but I can't figure out how to navigate their nested CSS to get the file URL. Any answers to these questions would be most spectacular. I need high resolution reference caps from the episode, and don't want to have to get them directly from full-screening the episode on their page (i.e., I want to be able to go back and scan through the episode even after they pull the episode from the site).

1) Anyone know how to get the URL for the video from this page: [link] ?

2) Anyone know where to get a high-resolution copy?

3) Anyone know if the way Mattel is guarding people downloading this video means they're going to put it on DVD? (If you weren't aware, they've taken down ALL YT postings of the episode that are longer than around 90 seconds, and have been doing so all week.)

The episode didn't come with any of the Sweet 1600 dolls like "New Ghoul at School" comes with the Dawn of the Dance line, so I don't see when they'd be releasing it.

And for anyone who keeps up with MH, I have seveal very annoyed other questions:

~ There were dolls spoiled for the 1600 line for Ghoulia, Cleo, and Lagoona, but they're in their regular clothes in the TV Special. Wtf? Also, I haven't seen a shipment of 1600 stuff since last week, which I've translated to stores "missing their timing" for the "Valentine's gift" market--so I'm honestly doubting they're actually going to make those three for the line? Which is sad because I kind of want that Lagoona. (The other discrepancies I noticed were stand-ins for Spectra and Deuce, as well as the gratingly bad stand-in for Operetta. Her normal voice took getting used to as it was. [/hates the South so much it hurts] I wonder why they couldn't get their normal VAs?) I do love how they pictured Deuce and Jackson hanging out in the back of all hallway pans, though, and hate that they're never shown being best friends in the webisodes.

~ They didn't explain why Valentine collects girls' hearts. Is he a serial "killer"? Did his powers "die" because he was thwarted, or because of what happened to him and Toralei?

~ Any speculation why he has three thunderheads for pets?

...T____T *dies* Why did they make Cupid and NOT Valentine? You KNOW all the MH OOAK-ers would have scooped him up like precious metal just for modding...!

4) ALSO. My cashier supervisor is a doll collector and told me they were releasing vampire and werewolf two-packs that each had a guy and girl in them, and she had pre-ordered them for Christmas but she never received them. Her description of them made me think it was going to be Bram/Gory and Romulus/Howleen(?). No way they're actually doing that, I haven't seen anything official about it. Which sucks because I really want more male dolls to come out! Especially ones with slim and/or angular faces for modding.
